We want every Build Bright experience to be a great one! If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

To start a return, email us at hello@buildbright.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Exchanges

Want a different product? We're happy to exchange items within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Contact us and we'll sort it out for you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been opened, used, or assembled
Items purchased on final sale or with a clearance discount
Gift cards

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right — no questions asked.
