What age are Build Bright kits suitable for?
Our kits are designed for children aged 5–14. Each product listing includes a recommended age range to help you choose the right kit.
Are the kits safe for children?
Yes! All Build Bright products meet Australian safety standards. Our kits are designed with child-safe materials and age-appropriate components.
Do the kits require adult supervision?
We recommend adult supervision for children under 8. Older children can often build independently, but it's always more fun together!
Are replacement parts available?
Yes — if you're missing a part or need a replacement, contact us at hello@buildbright.com.au and we'll help you out.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, they may already be in processing. Contact us ASAP at hello@buildbright.com.au.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not currently, but it's on our wishlist! Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when this is available.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
